8:00 AM - MORNING YOGA SESSION

1 Hour in the morning and a second optional class in the afternoon

9:00 AM - BREAKFAST

11:00 AM - OPTIONAL CIRCUIT TRAINING

16:00 PM - AFTERNOON YOGA SESSION

Second optional class in the afternoon
